Legos on June 28th

We had another great Lego Event on Tuesday, June 28th!  This was our last event with "Archeticure Around the World" as our theme.

We began with reading Sky Boys: How they built the Empire State Building.  The crowd was a little young and/or antsey, so some of the pages we just "looked at".

There were so many great creations today!  Here is a slideshow of all of them, followed by few pictures.  Enjoy!

June 25 Legos!

We had a nice, small group for our Lego event on Saturday.  The kids were super creative and made some great creations!

We started the event by reading Iggy Peck, Architect by Andrea Beaty.

Then we dug into the Legos!



Legos on June 21

We had another great time at Legos @ your library on Tuesday, June 21st!  We had lots of new friends today!  We began with reading Pop's Bridge by Eve Bunting.

Then we had a great time building!  No one built a bridge, but that's OK!

June 14 Legos!

We had another great turnout for our Tuesday Legos @ your library!    Our theme continues to be Architecture Around the World.  We started the event by reading Palazoo Inverso, a great story about building a palace with the plans upside down!

We then got out our Legos and the kids (and some adults!) had a great time building! Check out these great creations!
